Grant writing for Youth Development Crime Prevention Assisted in preparation for the Request for Proposal for this agency; RFP was a marketing product for the provision of on hand services in the Non Profit sector, draft capital budget for overall operations and expenditures, maintained line item budget for human resources and administrative development, i.e. employee positions, payroll and salary, design youth curriculum and operational plans for projection implementation and forecast on the total populace of clients on outcome of services, that were provided in collaboration with Private Industry Council, Mental Health Department and Dependent Children Youth and Families, maintained documented information which was processed in through (CMS) Content Management System. Oversaw responsibility for following on-going provisional services within the organization, Supervised a staff of 3 Case workers that provided (wrap around services, intensive case counseling and mentoring, substance abuse and anger management classes, employment and life skills training management, treatment and exit plans and reviews), matriculation and intervention for youth through the JPD (Juvenile Probation Department), Youth Guidance Center, San Francisco Unified School District and Others.
