简介：

In this job my main job is to train and manage teachers who will teach English to Chinese students. I also sometimes teach students when teacher have emergencies and they cannot come to class. I evaluate teachers' performances and provide them with feedback on how they can improve their performance. Currently, I can say that this experience gives me a more concrete experience on how to manage and train not only students but teachers and professionals as well.
