am interested in pursuing Head teacher position. I have been teaching in China for the past nine years. In that time, I have accumulated my own ESL materials for a number of learners. I am a leader, who has trained teachers in different areas of instruction and classroom management, designed courses and lesson plans, along with managing teacher teams. I have a creative outlook, which was used in environmental awareness events and practice, along with providing a comprehensive learning experience for all. Over the past 4 years, I have been involved in creating international divisions within Chinese public schools with the purposes of sending Chinese students aboard for further education. In Guangzhou at an American Prep school, I taught U.S. History, World Geography, and English, along with the TOEFL exam. I returned to Shanghai and taught AP World History and during the 2012 school year, I taught TOFEL, IELTS, World Geography and American History, along with World History to students wanting to attend universities in the U.S. I finished the 2013 spring semester, as an Education Consultant, developing western curriculum for Chinese international schools, along with being the head of teachers. I over saw our teaching faculty, advising them on classroom management and instruction, along with maintaining a high standard in learning and quality within our American curriculum.
